These rules keep appointments fair for every client and keep our Louisville braiding studio safe and calm. By booking with Bessou Hair Beauty, you agree to the policy below.
Every appointment requires a $30 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, and it counts toward the price of your service. Your appointment is only confirmed after the deposit has been received — booking a time slot alone does not hold it. Pay the deposit by card using the payment button on our home page, or by Zelle to (561) 568-1274, then text us the confirmation so we can lock in your appointment.
You can reschedule only 48 hours or more before your appointment time. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a charge of 50% applies. Please call or text (561) 568-1274 as early as you can if your plans change.
Please stay still while your stylist is working with sharp or heated tools such as scissors, needles, razors, flat irons, or hot combs, and avoid sudden movements. For your own safety, keep your hands away from your hair and the work area during the service unless your stylist asks you to do otherwise.
Tell your stylist before the service begins if you have allergies or product sensitivities, a tender scalp, or any skin condition, so we can choose products and pressure that are right for you.
If you feel unwell or have symptoms of illness, please reschedule — we will apply the rescheduling rule above. We clean and sanitize our tools, chairs, and workstations between every client. Extra guests are not allowed in the studio unless we have approved them in advance, so the space stays focused and comfortable for everyone.
We want you to love your style. If something is not right, tell us within 72 hours (3 days) of your appointment so we can look at it with you. Completed services are non-refundable. If you ask for a retouch or adjustment, an extra fee applies, and the amount depends on the hairstyle and how much work the adjustment needs.
